B. EDITING FEE:

The editing fee for you original document will be estimated using the Word Count feature of MS-Word (excluding tables and figures). Minimum charge is one hour (US$ 50) service.

(1) BASIC EDITING (Standard editing for document with good English, i.e., only correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, etc.)

US$ 0.04 per word

(2) EDITING WITH PARTIAL REWRITE (for document with fair to good English)

US$ 0.07 per word

(3) EDITING WITH COMPLETE REWRITE (for document with poor English)

US$ 0.10 per word

(4) ANY OTHER PROOFREADING

US$ 0.05 per word

C. EDITING A REVISED DOCUMENT:

Please use the Track Change feature of MS-Word and we will only edit the text of changes. This will minimize the editing fee.

D. FEE ESTIMATION:

For accurate estimation, please e-mail the MS-Word file of your original document with a Subject Line of "Seeking Editorial Assistance" to prof.editor@msa.hinet.net with the correct return e-mail address. PEEL will reply to you about the editing fee and completion time. Please confirm if you want PEEL to edit your document in order to ensure that you will receive the edited document on time.

Regular turnaround time for editing is 7 working days. Rush-order turnaround time is 3 working days with 30% surcharge.

Editing fee can be paid by credit card or direct fund transfer after you receive your edited document. The payment is due 10 days after we send you the edited document. After the due date, there will be a 15% overdue charge and thereafter 15% additional charge for every 10 days.

C. 校對修改過之文章:

請利用MS-Word中之「追蹤修訂」功能，我們將只針對您的修訂文字作校對。如此可將修改費用大幅降低。

D. 費用估價:

正確估價需請您將原稿以MS-Word電子檔加註主旨 "Seeking Editorial Assistance" 寄至 prof.editor@msa.hinet.net， 附上您的聯絡方式， PEEL 將回信告知交件時間及估價； 收到信件後，請回信作確認， 以便文件能如期修改完成並回寄．

正常修訂需七個工作天，快速修訂需三個工作天並加收30%之額外費用。

修改費用則是在收到修改好的文件後, 請利用ATM直接匯入PEEL之銀行帳戶.繳費日於十天後到期。過期繳費者將加收15%之過期費。之後並將每十天加收15%之過期費。
